Workers have created trade unions to secure justice for themselves at work - the place where our incomes are made, directly affecting our sense of security and quality of life.
MISSION
Workers' voices are stronger in Estonia and fair working life has become the norm.
Every day we stand up for workers' rights to be protected and extended. To ensure that employers respect the law and that at least 80% workers are covered by collective agreements that guarantee them better working conditions and security.
VISION

Fair pay is particularly important - pay that covers the worker's day-to-day costs, takes account of their actual workload and allows them to live in dignity.

We are a trusted representative of Estonian workers before the government, employers and society!
The Confederation of Estonian Trade Unions will implement these objectives together with other trade unions, partners and international trade union umbrella organisations.
