Negotiations on the 2025 minimum wage will start tomorrow, 24 September at 13:00 at the Employers' House at Kiriku 6, Tallinn. The Estonian Trade Union Confederation and the Estonian Employers' Confederation will participate in the negotiations.
Negotiations will be based on Eesti Pank's economic forecast and the 2023 tripartite goodwill agreement with the country. The final minimum wage will be set by a decree of the Government of the Republic on the basis of a collective agreement between the central unions. The new minimum wage will enter into force on 1 January 2025, and employers may not pay employees less than the agreed minimum wage.
