Piisab sellisele kohtlemisele viitavate faktide esitamisest. Seej&auml;rel on juba t&ouml;&ouml;andjal kohustus t&otilde;endada, et diskrimineerimist pole olnud. Kui aga t&ouml;&ouml;andja keeldub t&otilde;endite esitamisest, k&auml;sitletakse seda diskrimineerimise omaksv&otilde;tuna.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Loomets lisab, et soolise diskrimineerimise ohvril on &otilde;igus n&otilde;uda mitte ainult eba&otilde;iglase kohtlemise l&otilde;petamist, vaid ka kahju h&uuml;vitamist, sealhulgas moraalse kahju kompenseerimist.<\/p>\n<p>Kui tunned, et sind koheldakse t&ouml;&ouml;l eba&otilde;iglaselt, p&ouml;&ouml;rdu oma ameti&uuml;hingu poole &ndash; sealt saad tuge ja vajalikku abi.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kas teadsid, et Eestis on meeste ja naiste palkade vahe keskmiselt 13,1%?
