The talks will now continue with the national conciliator.<\/p>\n<p>Ther national minimum wage is the lowest salary an employer can pay a full-time employee in Estonia.<\/p>\n<p>The amount is agreed upon each year by the social partners, the Estonian Trade Union Confederation (EAKL) and the Estonian Employers&#8217; Confederation (ETK), and confirmed by a government regulation.<\/p>\n<p>Since January 1, 2025, the minimum hourly wage rate has been \u20ac5.31 per hour.
