Negotiations will resume on 24 November.<\/p>\n<p>At today's meeting, they discussed how businesses and workers are coping in a protracted economic downturn, as well as the outlook for economic and wage growth in the year ahead.<\/p>\n<p>The minimum wage is agreed every autumn by the Estonian Confederation of Trade Unions and the Confederation of Estonian Employers. The agreement is based on a goodwill agreement signed in 2023 and Eesti Pank's latest economic forecast.
