Trade union websites on labour market change and learning"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The theme of this year's trade union conference was knowledge and learning. A lot was said, but some was left unsaid, so we continued the same theme on the website, discussing what workers can do to cope with the changes already underway, how to succeed in the future labour market, what skills are needed and when is the best time to upgrade your knowledge base.<\/p>\n<p>Johanna Vallistu, an expert from the Development Monitoring Centre of the Riigikogu, Maria K\u00fctt, Chairman of the Board of the Estonian Personnel Management Association PARE, and Peep Peterson, Chairman of the Estonian Trade Union Confederation, were guests on the programme, which was moderated by Jaan-Hendrik Toomel, Communications Manager of the Estonian Trade Union Confederation.<\/p>\n<p>The programme was broadcast on Tuesday 10 May on the trade unions' Facebook page (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Ametiyhingud\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.facebook.com\/Ametiyhingud<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/U922tKdXnYg\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>T&auml;navuse ameti&uuml;hingute maikonverentsi teemaks oli teadmised ja &otilde;ppimine.
