\n1) employees of employers providing bus transport services under public service contracts and hiring out labour for this purpose within the meaning of the Public Transport Act, irrespective of the type of contract concluded with them, including bus drivers working under public service contracts;
\n(2) be employed in the performance of a public service contract for which the employer has the right to submit a tender after <\/span>General Arrangement<\/span> the entry into force of the minimum monthly fee referred to in Article 9 of Appendix 1.<\/span><\/p>\n
